Specifically created for touring applications, as a Shielded/Foiled Twisted Pair cable it is more suitable for higher EMI & RF environments than standard CAT 5/6 cable.
The shielded, metal RJ45 shell, together with the standard Neutrik strain relief chuck of the etherCON, protect the delicate RJ45 connector, and provide a complete grounding at each end of the cable.
